I initially joined Fatsecret in 2007 and lost 90 lbs. I have been back a few times to lose smaller amounts or to maintain my weight. I love running, walking, hiking, biking, kayaking, strength training, and more. I am pescatarian and eat mostly plant-based foods. CICO is what works. I live in Florida with my husband and 6 pets.
