After some upheavals found over 20lbs crept on!

Hoping to get back to my happy place. And for once I'm going to try journaling, in the hope that exposing my meagre attempts to the cosmos might help me behave :)

I guess my weakness is wine and cheese, plus pastas. I've tried to upload a photo but ..ah this has worked at last. Think its more sincere to have a pic. This is me in my happy place lol around 132/135lbs (18 months ago). I'm quite tall so that's not too bad for me. Wish I had that flat tummy again seems like that's the place my extra 12lbs are hanging out. My wine vault x Trying to switch that up with a 3 glass max rule.

GW: 128/132lbs (can't seem to save the right goal here!).
UGW: 120-125lbs
