TIny loss this morning, but I'll take it. I'm almost to the 150s. That will be really cool. The funny thing about all this is that despite my scale numbers, I'm getting into the smaller sizes. I didn't realize how much fat I was carrying on my abdomen and my legs - my legs have and always will be muscular, but the baggy pants don't lie as far as the amount of extra insulation I was lugging about.

Going to ask about eating a little more on Friday, also going to ask if I can start picking up some strength training again. Such a weird diet when they don't want you doing much more than walking. It is working though, so I'm not going to argue.

I did the pack walk last night, stayed for training with all three dogs and then came home and swam in the dark. It's almost as peaceful as walking the dogs at night in the park with no one around. I pretend I own the empty space around me and watch the stars. It's a wind down from the day before bed. Pretty calming.
