Long walk with free weights and squats yesterday. Pants still fit, but the overall number is bugging me mentally, so will watch every bite carefully the next few days. Funny thing is, I have been logging everything and I'm making sure I move at least once a day, meaning actual exercise. That said, small changes make the biggest difference, so will cut the chocolate back to one piece and no almonds. irritated that I'm supposed to be off this week and worked nine hours yesterday and will likely be over the two hours I'd budgeted for today. Guess I'm shifting it to totally off through the rest of the week, I have some heavy yard projects I need to be working on before the rains start!!!

Anyways, weight up, blob down, muscle up, pants still fit. One of the projects I'm trying to get done is to clear out half the floorspace of my office for the Total Gym and possibly the treadmill. I already spend my days out here, so I think it would be cool to get the treadmill out where I can take calls while moving.
