Woke at 217.6, down 3.6 from yesterday. Targeting 885 calories per day this week to get back on my daily calorie target of 1655 per day by March 31. I have a lot of water to lose from the Easter weekend.

It's coming off!! :) You just do what you feel healthy doing, Bill. I know it's a numbers game but don't let yourself go hungry.

885 per day for a 200lbs man!!! that's not safe. You might find your body will hang onto even more water weight running at that low of a deficit. but if it works for you keep on truckin!!

What the blazes? I leave for 4 days and you go bezurk on me by gaining 20 LBS! No one should really eat less than 1000 per day and what you are suggesting could have serious side effects! Count your losses and give up hitting target for March and be healthy my friend...they are just stats! Will keep rooting you on but want you to be healthy doing it :D
