It was pretty great. I plucked a roasted whole chicken that Denise bought the other day. She and Jason enjoyed some tuna casserole, so this was all mine!

Wow— I would have to rent a teenager, but then I suppose kids don’t do those kinds of things anymore. My California beach babe daughter is moving to Michigan this summer. I can hardly wait to see if she can muster up a renta-a-teenager

That looks great Bill !!! I had Salsa with chips yesterday. Salsa seems to put water weight on me although very low in calories !

You pee out excess sodium. I'm thinking it's the excess carbs as sugar retains water. As does insulin that gets spiked by that sugar. 🤔
