Ugh- it was too good. I wasn't planning on eating after the gym but every time I walked through the door I kept smelling it. I kept it together well though- right on target calorie-wise today. But I ate late and it was salty. 💗

Haha I told him now everyone will know who really cooked his food... Uncle Ben and Rosarita. Glad I never claimed I made great meals. I did, however, put the meat in the crockpot (it originally wrote cockpit when I swipe texted)and it was pretty tasty. 😆
