Woke at 206.6, up 1.0 from yesterday after fasting until dinner but adding another 600 calories at about 10 pm. Will fast until 6 and then do one large dinner (if I can get all the calories in!) Body fat seems to have taken a good drop. Will record those details later. Happy Sunday! UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Weighed before dinner and back up to 209.2 after downing a ton of water and coffee today. Tanita is reporting a pound of body fat loss. Ate 1600 calories at dinner with a massive Jimmy John's Unwich, a bag of broccoli, a piece of nut and seed bread, and a protein shake. Stuffed! Waking weight is today's low.

I have not fasted in a long time . maybe that is my problem. My trainer said not to fall below 1200 cal. for my height and goal weight.
