Woke at 213.8, down .6 from yesterday. Had sort of a rocky night with very wakeful sleep and a temperature. Definitely feeling a bit of the post steroid crash today. Hoping to stabilize before work tomorrow. UPDATE: Work is not going to happen tomorrow. Need to go and see the doc. Keeping the fever down through Tylenol. Ate right on my calorie target. No workout today.
