I just opened a big can of pumpkin to use 3/4 of a cup making brownies for someone. Need ideas for the rest that won’t have my butt looking like a monster pumpkin 🎃. It’s the big can - 29 oz. Should I try a crustless pumpkin pie?

Pumpkin carmalized sauce for apple dipping, to drizzle over bread pudding or cinnamon rolls—— oops, all of these will add to your bottom line. Dog biscuits or make chili and add the pumpkin to it.

All the above but my favorite way to use it would be to make a curry. Add lots of veggies and protein of choice... chicken/chick peas. With or without rice.

I usually put the open can in a Ziploc bag and place in the refrigerator until moldy, then discard into trash.

One of my favorite deserts is a 1/2 cup of pumpkin with a 1/2 pat of butter and a tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice. Stir it together and microwave for 30 secs to a minute. Tastes like pumpkin pie without the guilt.
