Started off at about 320lbs lost around 138lbs in about 9 months. No fad diet, keto, or fasting. Just CICO. Putting in hard work. Cardio everyday. Weight training 5-6 days a week. And sticking to a healthy meal plan. At my lowest of 182lbs I felt too skinny. Got back up to around 190lb where my body looked and felt better. Been trying to pack on beef ever since.
