Hello FatSecreters! It's been quite a while since I visited. New position, new tasks, less time for life, I had to make choices and a week in Cuba last week did what you see (I was at 198 when I came back, so things aren't as bad as they seem).
Quitting smoking once again (that will be the good one this time) and I don't want things start in a tailspin so I'll log in regularly again to keep things under control.
