Woke at 201.8, down 1.2 from yesterday for a new 2017 low. The body is giving up the weight, but slowly! Ate 2000 plus calories yesterday, too, but the net carbs were only 19, so Dr. Fung wins this round! Will probably eat fewer calories today but let's see what happens. Going into the hospital to get the blood numbers checked, so hoping for good news that would lead me to being at home in a week or so. Enjoy the day! UPDATE: Hospital checkup went amazing! All my numbers have doubled again and they said I do not need to be within 30 minutes of the hospital anymore so I'm checking out tomorrow and heading home! BUT... that means I had to eat up all my Halo Top Denise got me the other day. (Well, I could have tossed it out but hey, it's ice cream)! And to add to that, my friend Art insisted on driving out to visit me so he is taking Jason and me to the Elkridge Furnace Inn for dinner. Two times in one week! Suffice to say, there will be some fasting when I get home. UPDATE: So another marvelous meal at the Elkridge Furnace Inn. Hit 2193 calories and a ton of carbs (mostly due to the Halo Top indulgence this afternoon). Will eat lighter tomorrow and over the weekend to catch up. Late weigh in didn’t suffer much.
