Wow, I really thought I'd get a red arrow of damnation this week. I don't know too much why but I started the week quite a bit over the weight of my last weight in. Then, it went down on the first few days of the week, and after that, I kinda had a hard time and did the comfort thing with the food (like eating bad stuff that taste really REALLY good) and drank a bit more that is recommended... So Yesterday, I was too heavy, and this morning, first weight in, I was still a little over, so I waited until after the morning jog. Got on the scale and there it was! 0.5 under woot!
I'm still jogging/walking 3 mornings a week (I'm now at 18 min run, 15 min walk, for a total of 4 km) and I'm still staying away from tobacco (had a slip or 2 in the last month, but nothing serious).
Now the good weather is in so it should help with my mood and I should be able to stay away from the unhealthy food.
