it's moving! it's moving! so slow to come off, but also slow to gain, so that's the way things go with this body of mine. been working on the stretching/flexibility, i can't tell any major difference yet, but flexibility once lost is hard to get back. supposed to rain this weekend, so may do some sprints on the treadmill to see what i can still do.
