I behave a little this week. 1.3kg(2.8lbs) down from last week. Thankful😊. Thinking of doing mischief again until wednesday with my friend, the nuts before I behave again🤭. Probably.
NSVs.
1. No more sharp pain on lowe back while doing crunches/sit up.
2. Push up and squat feels a little easier.
3. Got myself 3 pairs of new shoes.

Thanks so much HCB. My ultimate goal is 65kg(143lbs) but I'm doing 5kg(11lbs) at a time. After this one I will aim for 75kg next. Still a long way to go. Started at 120kg(264lbs).
