Funny thing last night, took a completely different route, walked over to a small park by the pizza place and watched the sun set over downtown. Mileage came up almost the same as any other night. 3.49 miles. that said, the park was full of normal people and it was wonderful to revisit a favorite place and have it be safe again. watched the sunset, watched some airplanes taking off and landing, watched some people. great way to unwind after another brutal week. the first pic is a really cool thing I happened upon and had to be cautious while snapping a pic. very subdued sunset beyond downtown, it was too hazy to see the water but I can always appreciate a nice skyline. It’s a hive of bees. 🐝 I had to be careful because the big dog is allergic to them, but they were quiet because of the time of day. Not sure what kind of bees either. I should probably call the city Monday.
