2.78 miles yesterday. We started off going long, but then some menacing clouds and winds were coming towards us and we decided to head home. Spent a little time at the park being wild dogs, but rain and ferocious shepherd dogs don't mix. the Toller, on the other hand had to be threatened within an inch of her life to not roll in the mud. Water dog all the way.

Got some stuff around the house done. It's good for me to be trapped inside sometimes. Was too windy and cold for a swim. Mostly the wind, big gusts all day.

Guts almost back to normal. Made some yogurt last night, will strain it to make Greek yogurt shortly. Need to do a Costco run shortly which means it's time to walk away from the computer.

I leave you with flowers and a food story most can relate to. It starts with a spoonful and then someone has to suggest that maybe you might have a problem with control.
