Blob seems to be on a tear this week. Hopefully one last stand before a fall of sorts. ____ has hit the fan at work again. I'm trying to determine if this is real or a false narrative because it seems unending. I don't mind an all hands on deck drill for a real purpose, but if we're going to do it on a regular basis, well, someone needs to plan better. Enough on that, I'm living it.

Decent walk last night, met some neighbors along the way, new and old. Good to be able to talk with people freely again. The mini massages are helping, it seems. Makes sense. I know that my first few steps are sometimes a little stiff, so glad it's working for now.

Love the Harvest Moon. Horrible pics of it, but it was gorgeous. Some of the best views are over a local canyon and it's worth the walk even after a long day.

Did a decent job sticking to goal, I do need to adjust my activity up a little bit. I just get so tired at the end of the day sometimes. Not an excuse, it is what it is.
