30 minute treadmill workout - included 9 sprints, thought my lungs would explode on the longest one, but they didn't. There was lots of heavy breathing and gasping for air. Oh baby. Am I too old for this? Nah. God hasn't called me back yet while I'm doing it, so we'll keep going. I have a love/hate with Emily, the instructor. For some reason her annoying perkiness tends to get more out of me than the others. So I'll keep doing it. I also know she'd totally kick my butt in real life, so there's respect there, too.

Puppy class last night. Was humid, so not really able to get my dogs to run around before class, it's fine, I get it. Fur coats, no fan blowing on them. Led class last minute. I need to start making other people step up again.

All guests got on the airplane yesterday. My house, pool and schedule are my own again. Mostly. Except work, which is better, but still busy.

Numbers are okay, blob receding. Muscle up, lots of hills in that workout, too. It was honestly harder than the 45 minute one, good switch up.

Reality calls. Enjoy the day.
