My weight seems artificially low, so I won't be horrified to see it bump up over the weekend. I think my salt intake has been very low and I feel a little dehydrated in spite of pounding water like crazy.

Mine swings 4-5 lbsevery couple days I only weigh in every 2 weeks to stay away from the artificial highs and lows . Just keep working after it. You can do this.
