The rest of the numbers reflect a waking reading on Tanita (higher body fat, lower body water and muscle mass, and higher metabolic age due to the overnight dehydration). I'll take the weight number and drop the rest ; ).

You lost... who cares how it happened! Woo Hoo! I would happily take that metabolic age. I dread seeing what mine says when I get my Tanita scale. Ha Ha! So when are we supposed to weigh? My 8 hour eating window is: 12 noon - 8pm.
