OMG - I hope that it is just sodium and water. Sometimes we just gotta let go and live and with your sister in town its not the time to really 'diet'. As you say, it should be well off by the week-end, especially being a man as you guys shed weight so much quick than we do - sigh :)

Kudos on recording all you ate and drank and not sticking your head in the sand. I try to do that too, I find its the only way that works for me. I don't always manage to get it done but I do try :)

I envy the male metabolism, I truly do. I can gain weight very easy too but it doesn't come off quite as quick :)
