Good swim last night, 861 strokes, fifteen minute break in there for a phone call, average heart rate in mid 130's. Might do 20 minutes easy with 10 minutes of sprints tonight. I love sprints, but they do drain the energy pretty fast against the current. Muscle mass holding, fat down, water the same and that's interesting because I drank a ton of water the past two days.

Caught a picture of the stinky skunk on camera last night. He's a little one. Doesn't look like he's living in my back yard, just walking across my front stoop. Coyotes will get him soon enough, so many this year and they're bold. I suspect the biggest dog is going to have to learn the skunk lesson the hard way before he chills out. Lord, help me. That's not going to be fun.
