Purposely went later last night and walked fast and hard up those hills. Paid off. Muscle back up, blob down. No swim even though yesterday was just about as perfect as it gets. This is my now every other Friday off although I need to pop in for a few minutes to check on something. I was going to work in the yard, but for some reason I threw on a dress this morning. Easy enough to fix, but weird. Think I'm going to buy some stuff from my little grocery store today, my spinach is getting yucky and I won't eat it like that, but that's really the only thing I need. Lots I want, different story. Caught a glimpse of myself from the side this morning, it's good, I'm happy. Lots of muscle definition in my legs, especially my calves, the bloat is mostly gone. Also noticed the top half of me is getting tan while the legs are definitely not. What that really means is that I need to watch my sun exposure, not lay out. How times have changed. I did go ahead and buy that dress, got the last one and it was on sale for the holiday. Now, I have reason to stalk the UPS driver again. Honestly, our driver is the nicest guy and so cool. When this first started and they gave him a helper, they did bubbles out the side of the truck going down some of the streets for the kids. They don't anymore, someone probably complained and the helper is gone now, but it was a sweet gesture to help the kids acclimate to this weird new world.

This is a picture of the crow that keeps visiting me every afternoon lately. Guess he's going to make me have to keep the fountain running clean. I love crows, they are so smart. Neat birds. This guy is huge, but it's funny when the hummingbirds go after him. I'm still trying to get a picture of my golden oriole. I have a nesting pair, but for being so bright, it's really hard to get a good picture of either one of them.

Meeting a friend to walk dogs this afternoon. Will be nice because all the dogs are friends and miss one another and class. She's in healthcare and one of the only people I trust to do this right. Should be fun.

It's weird when I see a post from someone I follow and it's already a day old. It happens all the time. FS sucks with that aspect- never seeing who I want yet can't get away from the assholes. I like this pic but I'm not particularly fond of the big, blackbirds. I've seen groups of them so large together it has reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock. 😬

You know what that’s called? A murder of crows. Fitting. And I’m having the same issues. My feed is crazy random lately.
