Refocusing on food. Real meals, not grab a piece of this and that and think that it's going to carry me through. More water, that should be easier since the temps are going to be in the 80's today!!! They are temporarily opening some of the parks around San Diego today. Parking lots are still closed which means they are just open to foot traffic, but that's exactly what we do, so I am so happy!!!! Really hoping that they just issue tickets to any idiot offenders rather than closing the parks back down. One benefit of all this is that some of the higher traffic locations have had a chance for the grass or other landscaping to come back in the absence of crowds. I'm just looking for trails, but it's also going to be snake season pretty quick so will need to exercise caution. Maybe we'll all go to the little park and roll around in the grass and look at the sky later today.
