Decided to get on the scale just to see what effect this has had on my body this round. 5 pounds. Guessing it's made up of fluid and swollen tissue amongst other things. Not worried, it's not real, was probably even worse yesterday because I'm feeling moderately better this morning.

Ate pretty light yesterday. Drank lots of water. Ended up being exhausted and chose sleep over movement. Got a lot to do this afternoon and this weekend, so I'm going to need to be careful. Might make some parsley tea today to help flush my system. Nothing crazy, just parsley in boiling water. Nothing from the internet.

All said, it's Friday and we've made it through another week. I have to work again 1/2 day tomorrow, but no biggie. It's everything else that needs to get done.
