Day three of a 72 hour fast had me waking at 204.2, the lowest in just over a year. UPDATE: Jason brought me home a Gargantuan Unwich to break my 72-hour fast. Thanks, son! I also ate an avocado that didn't have another day in it before become overripe. Tossed in some unsweetened almond milk with cinnamon for dessert. Before eating, I weighed 205.2, so hydration had me a little heavier than my waking weight. Did not get hungry in the least during my 72 hour fast. It was easy. I will be doing this once per month (replacing the fasting mimicking diet). Mostly OMAD all the other days.

to keep your avocado still good for a few weeks, you can put them in the refrigerator when the avocados are already ripe.
