Woke at 215.0, down 3.2 after a nice low-calorie day. Targeting around 1800 calories today. UPDATE: Fasted until lunch but then had a big one. Ate at about 3 pm too and then a large dinner. I was hungry all day and even ate more calories than I burned. Also went out for ice cream later. Had the smallest cone they had at Sonic and got away for only 320 calories, BUT… 43 grams of carbs. Ended the day up in weight at 216.6. Probably will see more in the morning, too. Not much exercise today, either. Will adjust tomorrow.
