Woke at 208.8, down 1.4 from yesterday. Targeting 1900 calories today. UPDATE: Did a ton of sleeping. Had a chill day at home. Made a loaf of Nordic Seed Bread. Did not do my walking today. Pushed a lot of water in today but not a lot out. Also a bit stopped up. Ended up at 208.4. UPDATE: My nephew called and I walked another 1.4 miles while on the phone. Added a bathroom trip and I made it down to 207.8.
