Woke at 205.2, down .4 from yesterday. Today is a 5:2 IF day, so I am planning to fast until dinner. Slept in a bit, which makes Saturdays perfect 5:2 days as 3-4 hours in the morning are spent in slumber. I worked until midnight but was a little restless and guilty about not working out, so I walked 2.3 miles and got to bed at 2 am. Watched Keto videos on YouTube which has me thinking I should redouble my efforts to hit ketosis (which has eluded me despite my other successes). Starting the day with coconut oil in coffee. I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter/Passover weekend. UPDATE: Fasted until 4:30 and then ate some chicken cacciatore and some yogurt. Got in another four miles so will end up at about six after last night. Went out and did a little shopping on a gorgeous 77 degree day. Caught up on calories now so will enjoy 2200 on Easter (but no candy)! Have a great day tomorrow!

You need your sleep, Bill, probably more than you need those miles! Sleep is very healing - says she who only gets 6 hours a night on average - lol! Wish I could sleep longer but I'm certainly not staying up till 2.00 am getting my miles in.
