Woke at 201.0, up 1.4 from yesterday after a 2511 calorie day. As expected following a 204.8 pre bed weigh in. Weekly checkup on blood numbers today. Expecting more good news and then dinner out with my great work teammates. UPDATE: Great results from my checkup. Only got 2 miles in today and ate a gigantic dinner (with some bread) and then a pint of Halo Top when I got home. Somehow still managed to have a slight calorie deficit! However, a 207.2 bedtime weigh in showed that those choices were not without consequences! Will adjust over the weekend.
