Woke at 216.0, down 2.2 from yesterday. 48 hour fast on track to end at 11 am this morning. Feeling great. Still a lot of body water that needs to move out but up several times last night doing that and I expect more of the same today. Targeting 1570 calories today. UPDATE: Came home at 215.8. Still carrying a lot of extra water in my belly and sides. Ate my calorie goal for the day. Stayed home from the pub, which is what got me started with bad eating last week! Having some red wine for relaxation and movement!

Nice Bill...not only are you losing water bloat but you're also losing 1/2 pound or more of fat each 24 hr period. Even with a water rehydrate, that fat is gone!!!
