Woke at 218.2, down 2.0 from yesterday. Day two of a 48 hour fast to recover from my vacation week with my daughter in town. Will break the fast tomorrow at noon. Having black coffee and hibiscus tea with Stevia today, plus a lot of water. Will weigh in towards the end of the day for my official weigh in this week. UPDATE: Just after 1 pm, and the first official hunger pangs have arrived. More coffee and tea are called for! UPDATE: Nearly 5 pm, and a little headache has replaced the hunger. Body cleaning itself out pretty well. Radio show tonight at 8 pm EST will have me live on the Internet in 30 countries, so let's hope I can keep it together in a fasted state! :)
