Woke at 215.6, up .4 from yesterday morning. Working from home today. Will try to do hourly six-minute sessions on the treadmill and a weightlifting workout at noon. Targeting 1825 calories. UPDATE: Too busy at work and just got done. No exercise but puttering back and forth to the kitchen and bathroom. Also had a huge omelet for lunch and a big chicken breast for dinner (plus raw nuts in between). So now, I'm over calories, too, at 2032 for the day at 5:30! All that's left to do is get my workout in and adjust tomorrow.

I have been using the treadmill at the apt gym, i find hooking the samsung phone on with earplugs and putting iheart radio or youtube on makes the time go fast!!! :) Gym has free wifi because its connected to apt office!
