Woke at 225.4, down 3.4 from yesterday. This was an absolute surprise after a low calorie burn (2485) day that saw us napping, and then just sitting around, finishing off the last of the holiday snacks, and watching TV. Will be back on plan today.

Ok - I've been told that someone who works out as much as you maintains a higher metabolism when resting (napping, sitting around & watching TV). Maybe it is true?
