Morning weigh in of 208.4 after a late night out featuring dinner, drinks, a bottle of wine, and dessert. Overate but prepared for it and not doing too bad yet. Now, what remains to be seen is whether the additional food I eat over the next day or two will be retained as water weight. Will target 1000-1200 calories today to offset yesterday's indulgence and to try to get back on track.
