Pre-dinner weigh in of 216.6 was not too bad considering I ate an entire medium thin crust pizza at a business lunch. That was 1500 calories alone and I topped out at a little over 2000 for the day. Will push my adjustment day forward one day. Body fat numbers getting back to where they should be with the normal hydration levels.

A little of both... but, I've been going a bit off the reservation myself lately. Anyway, pretty solid now. We're both going good now. :D BACK TO IT!

I wish I could wrap my head around what you & Rob do :D What books are you reading or where do you get info on the "diet" you do? I feel like I'm struggling to stay afloat & have no idea which direction to swim in,can you send up a flare?!

Bill THANKS! I have been to your blog.:D I started a thread in our #'s group telling you how it lit a fire under me!!! Anyway,what you are doing with the 16:8 sounds interesting as I usually am not hungry until about lunch time anyway. Is there any books I can read to get a more detailed explanation of it? It sounds like something I may want to try in a month or so.
