Woke at 232.1, down .9 from yesterday. Slept in too late, so I missed my morning workout. Will try to get it in later. Started with protein coffee and will do OMAD. UPDATE: Broke the fast at noon instead with cottage cheese and a salad. Then got hungry at 3:30 so I weighed in (230.9) and then ate some sardines. Lots of great water movement today. I plan to eat steak for dinner.
