Woke at 234.3, down .2 from yesterday. Started with HIIT spinning and black coffee with cream. Looking at fasting today. UPDATE: Got to 232.7 by 5 pm. Drank a Premier Protein drink with my nightly supplements, so that is some protein and a few carbs. But I will hold off on eating until tomorrow.
