Woke at 230.8, up .6 from yesterday. Weird things going on. Body fat percentage dropping while the weight increases. Just going to ride it out. UPDATE: Got some good whoosh action today. Came home at 226.4. Finished the roast beef and drank a bunch of red wine tonight.
