Woke up to 227.8, down .8 from yesterday. Taking the team on an offsite today to discuss our 2020 plans. Buying them donuts but I’m starting the day at an IHOP with a regular breakfast. It’s awfully hard to just get eggs and meat in this place! I do have a lunch planned with the team and then I’ve got a business dinner later so I think the weekend will involve a lot of fasting! UPDATE: Lots of water movement today resulted in a 226.4 final weight. Some fasting coming this weekend.
