Woke at 226.8, up 3.8 from yesterday. After a huge day of eating. Had a late dinner and several drinks last night and I’m not even sure exactly what it all was. Amazing Italian and Greek food prepared by a legit chef. I took some pictures but they were dark and blurry. So I’ll do some level of estimation today. Protein coffee to start and household chores! I am off now until the beginning of the year. UPDATE: Back down to 225.4 before dinner at 5. Topped out at 1200 calories after dinner. Let's see if that holds me until tomorrow.
