Bloat me up to 163, pain/episode seems to be subsiding, so should slide back down in a day or two. Not logging the gain, quite aware of it all. Closed my rings running around during the afternoon and evening. Been good on both calories and movement. Might try fasting until lunch and just eating turkey and mush, we'll see if I get hungry or not. I should take my waist measurements with a tape measure just to see what it is, but it might dishearten me. Thank goodness for the small miracle of being low on Thanksgiving and the day after so I know where I really am. Still using the kneeling chair for work, that really seems to help. More evidence that a desk job, unmanaged, can and will kill you slowly if you're not paying attention.

On the mundane side of things, got my eyes checked yesterday and I only need "computer glasses" to reduce the eye strain of sitting here for hours on end. Quite happy with that diagnosis since I really see just fine on the weekends. I have a pair of pretty glasses ordered and will pick up a rugged pair online on the cheap.

Edit: Already down to 162.5, muscle and body fat percentages holding steady. It's just water. Not obsessing at all, no, not one bit. :)
