Woke at 229.6, down 3.0 from yesterday after a fasting day for colonoscopy prep. I did have a protein coffee in the morning but then just clear liquid after 11 on Sunday. This morning, I drank a bottle of magnesium citrate and a cup of water but that's all I get until after the procedure at 3 (and I'm sure I won't be hungry then). Have a great day! UPDATE: Finished the procedure with a clean bill of health. Won't need another until I'm 70! Came home and weighed 227.4. Drank some organic bone broth and ate a cup of watermelon. May add a bit more later but feeling good now.

Oooooo...I hate those things....I've had several procedures over the last few years that have required that stupid cleanout prep. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. I feel so sorry for you that you had to go through it. I hope you get great news after having to endure such yuck!

Ha truly know what your going through had one of those nasty things 4years ago and the stuff you drink is brutal...Only thing I said is "I hope your putting me to sleep" lol.. and YES said the Doctor.

Those are awful, I have to get one every four years but it’s such a simple way to help prevent colon cancer. Glad you got it over with!

I had it done about 2 years ago. The prep was pretty easy I thought. Had a prescription to drink something that tasted like the ocean. I was worried about the procedure and I remember lying there listening to ladies talking and wondering when they would start and they were telling me it was over and to come back in 10 years! I was pretty much worthless the rest of the day trying to wake up completely.
