Went to Louisville yesterday to visit a close relative in the hospital. Strong woman.

I knew it was gonna be an off day, so I held out with just a Quest bar until ~2:45. Hard Rock Café finally became the choice between all that went. Holy hell it's expensive, has about 5 options, and all 5 are $20. Oh well. I couldn't hardly find anything I typically eat that wasn't going to ruin our crappy retirement account, so I had chicken wings and split some potato skins with my FIL. Really good food I have to admit. First wings I'd had since probably 2012. I was also pretty well all I could eat all day.

That and some fudge from the next door Fudge Factory. We came out of Hard Rock and then the fudge smell hits you.. it's like a magnet stuck to your nose. It's also holy s*** good.

All in all, it was a great weekend, still trending down, and moving extremely close to the final loss goal.

No workout tonight. We have Kindergarten signup for the kiddo and trying to help our niece start pre-school.
