I may or might or should reach under 140 by tomorrow morning ...
I should leave the 140 pound zone by tomorrow morning !!!

I tried everything else to get the body to use the energy ...
I tried everything
then I had a memory --
of "Pain the the ---" --- NO nOT HIM ... THAT OTHER GUY ...
APNG OR AGNP --- Whatever !!!!
I remember him and his cherry donut sausage pattie burger
telling other FS members ... "INCREASE YOUR CALORIE INTAKE"
and I thought ... "I wonder if that would work?"
and ... I did just that about 3 days ago .. and OMG - it does work!!!
I CAN LEARN.

All joking aside ...
I studied different things pretty intently...
it is hard to use up only 5 pounds of stored energy ...
it cannot be done with a low caloric intake after a year of caloric deficit ...
it does not work ...
I tried everything - I tried jumping up and down - everything!
The body slows down the metabolism refusing to use the stored energy -
If you try to go down to 1,200 or 1,100
it just maintains forever - in maintenance.

The body is a professional at maintaining fat stores...to avoid dying during a famine.
A long term daily calorie deficit - like one year - usually equals "famine"
so in order to convince the body ...
"Hey no food shortage here - this not a famine" you require more caloric intake
even if the caloric intake only covers your Basic Metabolic Rate ...
needed for your circulatory and digestive processes.
Nothing else worked --- but this is working !!!
No famine here - lots and lots of food.

Hi Everyone ... How is it going ???
It is slowly coming down - to eating stored energy at about .2 pounds per day!
The Last --- under 10 pounds under 6 pounds --- is very difficult to get off...
I have increased my exercise to ... OMG 25 reps and mobile - still walking about.

I had to increase my caloric intake or CI to 1,516 per day ... the same as my
BMR @139 pounds - in order to get ... the body "Stinky" to use any stored energy.
We are now eating 1,516 calories per day ... every day ...
only at meal time and no in between snacks -
we only drink our coffee and our water with our meals ...
Not a thing inbetween meals and only a sip of water in the middle of the night.

We stop eating at 9 pm to get in an Intermittent fast or IF until breakfast.
At this rate of loss ... I should lose one pound in 5 days.
Therefore end up losing - in fantasy land where weight lose is linear
and not some viscous caloric carb burning cycle...
at .2 pounds loss per day - about 5 pounds in 25 days ... "Yawn"
Then finally ...
AFTER REACHING THE GOAL OF 135 POUNDS
then will FS give me a blue line ... ?
WHAT EVER DOES IT TAKE TO GET A BLUE LINE ????
Am I in Onderland yet?
Where is Onderland and what does that mean ???
HELLOOO - IS ANYONE OUT THERE ????
