Went to my friend's last night for a dinner but much later than my normal. If I'd been home, I would have just waited til morning to eat but had a light portion (4 ravioli, small spinach salad). Since it was so late, after 7pm (for me), it's still basically working its way through so I'm not going to gauge the weight for today and just allow the process. 2nd Mounjaro 5.0 injection today. Curious to see whether the nausea I had last weekend is from the med or the previous constipation (normal side effect from the previous level). Should know by tomorrow if last week is any indication.
Also, found a hidden valley ranch southwest chipotle dressing that was really good on the salad. Daughter and I are working meals together and encouraging each other as we both work at it. Today was the first day of really preparing a meal since the surgery so it was fun to get back to it. Invested in a sprouter and alfalfa seeds to make our own sprouts to go into the salads and meals for extra nutrition and variety. They're basically a zero for calories and net carbs but give some good nutrition and I like them. One more week then back to work...yayyy. Maybe I'll take this week to get back to a more "normal" routine before then so it won't suck so bad for energy and stuff. Curious to see if the shoulder will ache/cramp with fulltime typing again.

Down from 232 on 1/20, started Mounjaro (up to 5.0 now). Had shoulder surgery but doing well. Working toward being able to cook again and toward low carb/keto as that works well for me. Doing IF 18:6 and that's working well. Keeping track for me.
