I celebrated my Mother's Birthday this weekend with my sister, brother and a lot of nieces & nephews and didn't track food AND it's really hard to recall so I'm skipping those days for charting. It was fun though and a boon to my heart.
I will resume recording today. In adding lunch in I'm thinking I really should measure out my food more (when possible). I think we don't really know what a "cup" of something looks like and under/over estimate when it comes to entering the info in to the food journal.
NTS* need to change my "weigh in" reminder to a new day because I don't get to a scale on Mondays then forget all week.
*For everyone else, NTS means "note to self". I apologize for any boring entries. These notes are mostly for me (even though I share them publicly) but if you get anything out of them, BONUS. :)

Oh boy! So the last few days of eating show ME why I have to record food right after I eat instead of going back days later to fill in my meal record. My snacking has been overboard since I wasn't keeping clear sight on my boundaries. My discipline was rudely shoved in the corner as I went into "don't care" mode. 😡 Not happy with myself.
But 🙃😊 on the bright side...today is a new day. Pull discipline out (apologize for ingnoreing him) and get back on the path.

Day 9 VF
Food: Was doing pretty well until Friday and Sat. Lost restraint and went over my Cal limit for the day. Oops
Made it to the gym for the first time in these two weeks today. 10min walk/hike, 20 Ellipt. I've been doing a little exercising at home but haven't gotten into a routine.

Day 2 VF (This might be boring for you folks but good record for me.)
Food: Good. YES! Just a bit over 1200 but good. Tracking calories on here has been a HUGE help to know where I'm at.
Exercise: No. :( Still need to work up that schedule. This is the hardest part to follow.

Ok. Officially starting VF 12 week program. Food was within my RDI (1600) but should have been in the Deficit Cal intake (Def 1200). Still learning how to judge that.
Exercises: NO. I worked moving/organizing our sales stock in storage and cleaning up. That may count for a little, but the exercises are something I will have to try really hard and consciously to fit in on sched.
