Hi there members!
I am a 55years old mother of 2 adult children and wife. I have a dog (Chihuahua) and a cat. I am an Executive Administrative Assistant for a local non profit. I love gardening, walking, reading, shopping for deals and I enjoy trying new recipes.
I love the sunshine as it always gets me motivated to get my day started early. I want to get down to 140lbs, however i struggle daily to get under 175. I need all the encouragement & ideas for activities and recipes. I am Mexican American and love the food, but some of it is fried and I want to get away from that.
